I always felt close to this song. The first time I heard it I already liked it and when I began to realize the lyrics I began to love it.
Sometimes I listen to it again (Oh well it's one of the songs that will probably never leave my MP3-Player) and I always find some words that fit the situation.
Right now these words are the best. And yes I remember those moment. The exact one. And I'm going though it all the time (in my head of course). It's like a scene from a show you watch again and again to catch every joke, every move. Or a passage of a good book you go over and over again. Simply to grab every word and every meaning. Trying to know what exactly the author ment, what he tried to express, what he thought.
I know this is getting me nowhere but I keep on trying...

...actually, it's not! And now to something completely different, it's pretty cool you started listening to Hefner. Quite amazing that Mr Hayman's voice didn't put you off, sometimes I wonder to what musical keys he's actually singing - but I think the music's intense, cute and generally awesome. Give the 'Maida Vale' LP a spin some time, if you haven't already, there're some really cool tracks on that one.
